Completed Services: Once a service is fully completed, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy is in place because our resources and efforts are invested throughout different stages of a project, and the nature of the work varies. Whether it’s a custom-built application or a developed website, we ensure that the service is provided to the best of our ability.

Setup Fees and Costs: Unfortunately, refunds do not apply to setup fees or any initial costs. These fees are essential for initiating and configuring the services, and they cover the preliminary work required to get things started.

Taxes: Refunds for taxes collected on behalf of regulatory bodies are not provided. These taxes are mandated by law and are not part of the service fees we control.

Violation of Terms and Conditions: If our terms and conditions are breached, we retain the right to terminate the service without issuing a refund. Adherence to our terms is crucial for maintaining the quality and integrity of our services.

Same-Day Delivery Exceptions: For same-day delivery services, our refund policy does not apply. We cannot process refunds for delays or disruptions caused by third parties. Refunds, when applicable, are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after payment verification.

This includes services such as hosting, web development, and content creation provided by external vendors. If you need to cancel these types of services, please refer to the specific cancellation policies of those third parties.
